Before Session Starts
Once you have accepted a session with a Learner who has booked with you, you will see the session listed in the Upcoming tab in Sessions. You can access all upcoming, pending and past sessions in Sessions.
Be Ready to Meet the Learner
10 minutes before any upcoming session starts, the Join button will appear for that session. Simply enter the session there at the booked time, and meet the Learner! The Learner may enter early, so once you enter your session, you are likely to see your Learner as soon as you arrive.
During Session
You will have the coaching session with your Learner in the online video conference room.
You will have tools such as text chat, screen share, hide/show video, and mute/unmute during the session.
1 minute before your scheduled session ends, a warning will appear. The session will automatically end at the scheduled ending time.
