Before Session Starts
When you book a coaching session with a coach, and the request is accepted by the coach, you will see the session listed in the Upcoming tab in My PD. You can access all upcoming and past sessions in My PD.
10 minutes before an upcoming session starts, the Join button will appear for that session. Simple enter the session there, and meet your coach! You are welcome to enter early to check your camera settings, and you will see you coach when they arrive.
During Session
You will have the coaching session with your coach in the online video conference room.
You will have tools such as text chat, screen share, hide/show video, and mute/unmute during the session.
1 minute before your scheduled sessions ends, a warning will appear. The session will automatically end at the scheduled ending time.
