How to creating a Coaching Profile
Once in the system, click on Dashboard in the Coach section and ensure all sections are filled out, including:
- Name and Photo
- Tagline
- About Me
- Session Topics
- These are the coaching sessions that learners will book with you. In this space, please describe your experiences in a particular area, etc and what you can offer a learner during a coaching session.
- This is where you are sharing your expertise, personality, and flavor as a coach. The more engaging and interesting these sessions sound, the more likely you are to get booked.
- Select the tags that are related to that section so learners can filter to find your sessions.
- Coach Certifications
- General Information: Languages
Click on Articles in the Coach section to add at least two articles.
- Feel free to direct people to your 1:1 coaching sessions for follow up questions and additional support.
- Once you have added articles to your profile, email coaching@minipd.com for review. We will offer feedback and general suggestions.
- Wait to set coaching availability on your calendar until the articles have been approved via email (see guidelines below)
- In the future, additional articles do not need to be submitted for review and coaches are encouraged to add additional articles to showcase their expertise and experiences. Please email coaching@minipd.com if you have any questions as you are adding additional articles.
- You are welcome to add articles that have been published by other bodies, but it is your responsibility to ensure that you have copyright permission to publish the article on MiniPD.
Click on Availability in the Coach section to keep your calendar up to date.
- When a learner requests a session with you, you will receive an email and need to confirm before the date/time are officially scheduled.
- All times are visibility in the users timezone.
Click on Sessions in the Coach section to find all upcoming, pending, and previous sessions.
Feel free to browse other coaches’ profiles to get ideas. Some good examples are Elizabeth Clarkson and Megan Davenport from the MiniPD Team, as well as Dawn Summerfield, Sarah Plews, and Erica Chiotti.
